Arshad possesses a unique blend and expertise in both commercial and enabling function roles. At Pfizer he held roles of increasing responsibility from local, regional to global director positions.

• Arshad holds a BSc (Hons) in Human Biology (Oxford Brookes University, UK), MBA (University of West of England, UK), and Chartered Member (MCIPD). He is a PRINCE2 Practitioner, Senior Practitioner Coach and Mentor with EMCC and accredited Business Mentor (UK).

Cicero Carvalho is LeaderArt International’s founder, with over 25 years of experience in business and people management, having been acquired when he performed as an executive in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry in companies like Pfizer and Bristol Meyers-Squibb.

Graduated in Business Administration at UFMS/MS, Cicero is specialized in Business Intelligence at Fundação Getúlio Vargas/SP and has an MBA in Marketing at ESPM/UCR University of California, Riverside, EUA. His complementary education includes: accreditation as an analyst of assessment tools: DISC and Emotional Intelligence. He gives courses, lectures and training in Portuguese, English, Spanish and French in several parts of the world.
